Security of your information

What is HTTPS?

Whenever this site requests personal information, it uses a protocol, HyperText Transport Protocol Secure (HTTPS), under which the data is encrypted before transmission from your browser to our website. If your browser does not support this secure protocol, you will not be able to use this website to obtain an ETA. While eVisas to Australia Pty Ltd provides the most secure environment possible, you should be aware there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the Internet.

The Australian legal system offers a number of protections from the misuse of your credit card and personal details.

Our credit card transaction facility is arranged through WorldPay and the contract contains clauses that allow for the immediate cancellation of the service if the information is used improperly.

Complaints can be made to support@evisastoaustralia.com

Your details are encrypted the moment they are transferred and are encrypted as they are transmitted through to the banking network.

The Privacy Act requires that we declare the use of any information we collect. We will use your personal information only for the purpose of securing your ETA. It may not and will not be supplied or sold to any third parties. The misuse of your personal information carries heavy penalties. All information regarding your application and ETA status is only stored on secure servers with relevant firewall protections in place.
