Provided you have an eligible passport, you can apply for the following Visas from this site: Tourist/Visitor Visa: If you are travelling for tourism or to visit friends or relatives and wish to stay for multiple visits as many times as necessary for up to 3 months on each visit within a 12 month period, you should apply for the Tourist/Visitor Visa. Valid for 12 months from date of issue or when your passport expires (whichever is sooner). Short Validity Business Visa: If you are travelling on business and wish to stay for multiple visits as many times as necessary for up to 3 months on each visit within a 12 month period, you should apply for the Short Validity Business Visa. Valid for 12 months from date of issue or when you passport expires (whichever is sooner). If you do not meet the above criteria, refer to www.immi.gov.au for options.
Tourist/Visitor Visa
If you are travelling for tourism, to visit friends or relatives and wish to stay for multiple visits as many times as necessary for up to 3 months on each visit within a 12 month period, you should apply for the Tourist/Visitor Visa. Valid for 12 months from date of issue (or whenever your passport expires, whichever is sooner). The travel conditions on a Tourist/Visitor Visa are:
You must not overstay your visit, that is, you must depart Australia before your authorised stay period expires. If you do not, Australian law requires you be detained and/or removed from Australia. Overstaying may also affect your ability to acquire a future visa to Australia. Where exceptional circumstances arise while you are in Australia that requires a longer stay than three months, you must obtain another visa from an Australian Visa Office before the end of the three month period. Please note: Provided you meet these conditions we should have no problems issuing you with your Visa.
Short Validity Business Visa
If you are travelling on business and wish to stay for multiple visits as many times as necessary for up to 3 months on each visit within a 12 month period, you should apply for the Short Validity Business Visa. Valid for 12 months from date of issue (or whenever your passport expires, whichever is the sooner). The travel conditions on a Short Validity Business Visa are:
